Terms of Service

PowerLeague Portal is a restricted business portal provided for authorised Powerleague club users and approved Sports Vision or internal administrative users.

You may only access the portal if your organisation or an authorised administrator has granted you an account. Unauthorised access or misuse of the service is prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for using the portal only for legitimate business purposes connected with your organisation’s ordering and administrative activity.

If you believe your account credentials have been lost, reused, or compromised, you must reset your password and notify the relevant portal administrator or support contact as soon as possible.

The portal is intended to support the placement and review of Sports Vision orders for authorised Powerleague-related users. Information submitted through the portal must be accurate and authorised by your organisation.

Operational availability, pricing display, order confirmation, fulfilment timing, and administrative handling may still depend on internal review, approval, or follow-up outside the portal itself.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the portal, gain unauthorised access to accounts or data, misuse administrative functions, or submit malicious or misleading content through the platform.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove access where we reasonably believe the portal is being used in breach of these Terms or in a way that threatens service integrity or business operations.

We may update, improve, suspend, or change aspects of PowerLeague Portal from time to time, including account controls, ordering workflows, or supporting integrations, where necessary for operational, technical, or security reasons.

Although we aim to keep the service available and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

PowerLeague Portal is provided as a business operational tool for authorised users. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from portal unavailability, misuse, or inaccurate information submitted by users.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your use of the portal is also governed by the PowerLeague Portal Privacy Policy, which explains how account and order-related information is handled.
